Range of Application
The following seminar conditions form the basis for booking of seminars by the participant/customer (hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser) and apply to the organization of seminars by NEAC Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor).
The masculine form chosen in the seminar conditions always refers to the female, male and diverse genders at the same time.
Seminar Dates
The actual dates for the different offered seminars of Contractor can be found on the homepage under www.neuman-esser.com.
Registration
Registration can be done with online form under www.neuman-esser.com and/or in written way (email / purchase order). Registrations will be considered in chronological order.
For registration last name and first name of participant(s) as well as data from contact person (telephone number, email address) of Purchaser is required. With this registration, the participants commit to attending the seminar.
An order confirmation will be sent by Contractor within 10 working days in written form. If it is necessary for order handling / invoicing to have a purchase order and/or purchase order number this needs to be provided by Purchaser together with the registration.
To ensure a highest efficiency for the participants in the face-to-face seminars, the number of participants is limited to 8.
Usage of Data
The Purchaser expressly agrees that the data provided by it or its employees may be processed and stored by the Contractor. The data shall be treated confidentially and shall not be passed on to third parties.
Prices, Fees and Terms of Payment
Please refer to the current seminar programme for the applicable seminar fees, which can be provided by Contractor. The seminar fee includes the seminar participation as well as the seminar documents, soft drinks during the seminar and lunch. Depending on the type of seminar also the accommodation during the seminar is included.
The costs for travelling to and from the event, additional accommodation and other catering expenses are to be borne by the participant.
Fees must be paid into one of the accounts stated immediately after receipt of the invoice indicating the invoice number. All seminar fees (also cancelation fees) are subject to VAT at the statutory rate.
Accommodation
With the registration, a hotel reservation in a mid-class hotel is automatically made for the night between the seminar days and is included in the seminar price. Additional reservation can be made by the contractor on request and at the expense of the seminar participant.
Cancellation / Withdrawal from participation or rebooking
It is generally possible to withdraw from the seminar or to nominate a substitute participant. It is also possible to rebook participation for another date within the event year.
cancellation up to 1 month before seminar date – free of charge
cancellation from 1 month before seminar date – 30% of seminar fee (for face-to-face seminars)
cancellation from 7 days before seminar date – 100% of seminar fee (for face-to-face seminars)
No-Show at the seminar – 100% of seminar fee
rebooking up to 14 days before seminar date – free of charge
rebooking from 14 days before seminar date – flat rate of 150,00 EUR (for face-to-face seminars)
A cancellation / rebooking must always be made in writing.
Cancellation by the Organizer
The Contractor reserves the right to cancel or postpone a seminar due to an insufficient number of participants or due to force majeure (e.g. cancellation of the speaker, etc.). The Contractor will inform the registered participants as soon as possible about cancellation or postponement. In this case, the contractor shall endeavour to rebook the participant for another date, provided the participant agrees to this.
Otherwise, the Contractor shall refund any seminar fees already paid in the event of a complete cancellation for reasons stated in advance.
Any further claims, in particular the reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs and loss of working hours, are excluded.
Copyright
The Purchaser recognises the copyright of the Contractor or third parties to the seminar documents. The documents provided may only be used by the Purchaser. The seminar documents may not be reproduced, published or passed on to third parties in any other form, either in whole or in part, without the written consent of the Contractor.
The photos and film recordings made during the seminars may be published by the Contractor in the context of articles in newspapers and on the Internet.
Final Provision
We reserve the right to change the seminar program as long as this does not significantly change the character of the seminar.
Changes shall only apply insofar as they have been agreed in writing. Furthermore, the terms and conditions of NEUMAN & ESSER apply.
