A comprehensive technology study was conducted at a customer site with high demand for green hydrogen.
The aim was to identify the most cost-effective solution for a continuous hydrogen supply at a minimum pressure of 30 bar.
All common electrolysis technologies were compared and evaluated in terms of their performance, investment costs, and operating costs.
Compressor solutions were also integrated to meet pressure requirements and ensure security of supply.
Our analysis included an objective comparison of different suppliers and concepts – including a long-term economic assessment.
The customer was given in-depth insights into the technical differences, enabling them to develop a production concept based on our findings.
Our integrated approach not only allowed us to identify technology options, but also to lay the foundation for a future-proof hydrogen strategy.
